Steve Feldman is a Partner in Marcum LLP’s New York City office and member of its SEC Practice group. He has more than 35 years of professional experience working with businesses that span a variety of industries including healthcare‚ financial services‚ apparel/textile‚ technology‚ professional services‚ construction and real estate. Mr. Feldman has an extensive auditing and accounting background with specializations in the areas of SEC reporting‚ mergers and acquisitions‚ public offerings‚ equity and debt refinancing and new capital formation.
Mr. Feldman joined the Firm in 2003 when he merged his practice with Marcum. He serves as a member of Marcum’s Executive Committee. He was a founding member and President of an international affiliation of accounting firms where he oversaw the activities of accounting practices in more than 70 counties.
Mr. Feldman has presented numerous seminars to industry and professional organizations on topics related to mergers and acquisitions‚ attaining profitability levels and transitioning private businesses to publicly-held companies.
