Peter McGowan leads the firm’s efforts in services, with particular expertise in transportation and logistics, hospitality, and consumer wholesalers. In addition, he has extensive experience in specialty manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, and construction and engineering. Mr. McGowan has spent over 30 years in investment banking and has been a Managing Director at Kidder, Peabody & Co.; Alex. Brown & Sons; Lehman Brothers; and Ferris Baker, Watts. He has advised scores of private companies in strategic development and capital raising activities, and he has also helped numerous companies complete their initial public offering (IPO).
