Serkan Parlak is responsible for transaction structuring and execution. He joined Marcum Cronus as an Analyst and while at the firm, he has worked with clients in technology, business services and alternative energy on transactions including management buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations and leveraged buyouts. Mr. Parlak also worked for PDF Kurumsal Finansman Danismanlik Hizmetleri, an investment bank in Istanbul, Turkey.
